The five jurys and the respective awards, which are being defined at the moment, have been confirmed also for the 10th edition: the jury Docunder30, composed of the students of the University of Bologna (Dams and master of Cinema, Television and Multimedia Production); the jury Doc/it Italian Documentarists Association (www.documentaristi.it), composed of authors and producers, the jury D.E-R, composed of and producers of D.E-R-Association Emilia Romagna documentarists, composed of a member of 100autori, the biggest among the authorial associations of the audiovisual sector (www.100autori.it) and of a member of DDB Distribuzioni dal basso (a creative commons distribution www.distribuzionidalbasso.com), the jury Kinodromo (www.kinodromo.org) composed of the proponents of Kinodromo-Association of the Workers in the Cinema Sector, supervisor of the project Kinodromo@Europa Cinema, Rete Cinema Diffuso and Loft Kinodromo; and the jury Laura Bassi/ Liceo musicale Lucio Dalla, composed of the students of liceo Laura Bassi and of liceo musicale Lucio Dalla of Bologna (http://laurabassi.it)
It reappers, in addition, in this edition the Award Critica in MOvimento, addressed to the Docunder30 public. Anyone who watches one or more screenings of the 10th edition Docunder30, will get the chance to join the Award Critica in Movimento 2016, which is an award for the cinematographic critics, made up of videos and photos. All that is necessary to join the contest and try to get the Award Critica in MOvimento (cash price of 500 euro) are the camera of a smartphone and a Youtube account.
Docunder30 is an original project by D.E-R Documentaristi Emilia-Romagna – President Enza Negroni and Artistic Director Angelita Fiore in collaboration with Cultural Department of Emilia Romagna Region. This year Docunder30 presents fot the first time an International Section opening the competition worlwide to authours “under 30”.
No entry fee is required. To partecipate works of any lenght and duration must be realized by Italian and foreign authors 30 years old or less. In case of multiple authors, they all must be under 30 (30 years or less).
National preview of the works it is not requested
Works are selected by a committee composed of authors and producers of D-ER Association. Selected works will be screened in theater with audience taking part at the event. The Festival will take place in Bologna in December 2016.
